Best of Weight Loss Wisdom Wednesday: Are You Okay? With Not Being Okay? Really?
If you spend the day (all of it or any part of it) pretending that you are happy when you are not, pretending to fit in when you don’t, pretending to be okay when you are not okay, I’d like to suggest that you simply try being okay with not being okay.
Pretending is exhausting, isn’t it? Depressing too, no? And honestly, it is a “red light” behavior. The more you pretend to be (or feel) what you are not, the more likely you are to hit the fridge.
Be okay with not being okay!
