Howdy Tushkateers! Today, on this Kick Tush Tuesday, a Public Service Announcement from none other than Our Lady of Weight Loss, the patron saint of permanent fat removal. She wants to know … Are your Halloween celebrations over? Did you toss the excess candy? Or, are you headed down a slippery slope?
Our Lady of Weight Loss’s Number One Rule (she has a lot of number 1 rules) is to make your home your safe haven.
In other words, your home needs to support your goals.
If it is stocked with leftover candy, then give it away, throw it away; just get rid of it!!! Did you hear me (rather, did you hear Our Lady of Weight Loss)? She’s not kidding.
Our Lady of Weight Loss asks, “Is ‘this’ how you want to kick off the holiday season? With bags of sugary treats sitting on your counter tops, lining your kitchen cabinets? Hidden in your desk drawers?”
You realize–don’t you–that you are lessening the chances of getting through this holiday season unscathed?
You may be telling yourself that you will only have one piece per day (or any variation of that lie), but the truth could be, more than likely is, that you are on a slippery slope.
Beware of the slippery slope. Toss the candy or any other non-Our Lady of Weight Loss foods that you may be harboring.
Don’t just improve. Evolve!
