#OneWord Thursday: #Listening to the Nighttime Fall
A follow up to my Tuesday’s Kick Tush post, “The 7 Do Nots of Listening,” I decided to dedicate this week to listening: to people, to pets, to the rustling trees, the chirping birds, to my thoughts, to the nighttime fall; as well as the food calling my name.
I listen, observe, take notice, tune in and in so doing a calm washes over me, and I find myself making healthy choices with ease. For some, this is an obvious happening; for others, it might not make sense. Either way, I invite you to try it; to really listen to any and all that you can listen to and see if your relationship to food miraculously improves. Then…write me!
